How to Add Seats

With a Whitepages Pro Web account, each employee requires a designated user seat. Please contact your account manager if you would like to add seats to your account.

If multiple employees are using the same user seat, you will receive an email saying that your account has been flagged for concurrent logins. Multiple employees logging into the same user seat poses a potential security threat and will be flagged for exhibiting suspicious login activity. User logins flagged for suspicious activity will be suspended.

Please contact your account manager if you have questions on how to ensure that your access remains uninterrupted and that your account is secure.
