If you are a Bronze/Silver/Gold customer, and would like to update your billing preference, start by going to pro.lookup.whitepages.com and logging in. If you are an Enterprise customer, please reach out to your Account Manager directly.
On the main page click on the 'My Account' drop-down and click 'Account Settings':
On the details page, click on either the 'Billing' button to view your current payment method details, or the 'Change Payment Info' button.
If you have navigated to the 'Billing' page, you will see your current payment method under 'Payment Method'. To update you payment method, you will need to click on the 'Change payment method' link:
From there you will be directed to the 'Change Payment Info' page, where you will enter the updated billing information that you would like to use moving forward.
Your payment info must include cardholder name, credit card number, expiration date, cvv, and zip code. Then click on the 'Update Payment Info' button and your payment info will be automatically updated:
