Payment Failures

If you are receiving a "soft decline" or a "hard decline" after entering your payment information, then there is a problem with your credit card.


Possible reasons for a "soft decline" are: 

  • Incorrect zip code 
  • Incorrect CVV 
  • Insufficient funds 

Possible reason for a "hard decline" is: 

  • Not a valid credit card

To update payment information, go to "My Account" and choose Account Settings. There, you can click on the "Add Payment Info" section on the left panel. After entering the credit card information, please check that you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions/Privacy Policy and click the "Update Payment Info" button to finalize the process. 

If all of the information is correct and you are still getting a decline, you may need to contact your bank or credit card company to make sure they are allowing the transaction to go through.
